If you are purchasing your ticket from Trinidad & Tobago, we kindly ask that you use the bank transfer option, as this is the preferred method for local payments.
The credit card option is available for attendees who are purchasing from outside of Trinidad & Tobago.
We encourage all international supporters to use this method.
Yes, you can use the credit card option if you wish.
However, for local (Trinidad & Tobago) purchases, we kindly recommend using the bank transfer option.
Here’s why:
Credit card transactions attract additional internal processing fees
Because this is a fundraising initiative, those fees reduce the amount that goes directly toward the mission
Using bank transfer helps us avoid unnecessary charges so more of your contribution supports the cause
If you are an international supporter, this is not an issue — the credit card option is the most convenient and cost-effective method for you, and you are welcome to use it.
No, cash payments are not available for this event.
However, you may:
✓ Ask someone you trust to purchase the ticket for you
✓ Pay them the cash
✓ Ensure they include your name and email address on the verification form
This will allow you to receive your own personal viewing link.
Yes. When you choose to purchase tickets for others, you are automatically assigned the role of “Team Lead.”
This simply means:
After purchase, you will receive one link — the Support Form link.
You must share this link with each person you purchased for.
Once they complete the form, they automatically enter the system and will receive their own onboarding instructions on December 6.
Their onboarding gives them their setup steps and their personal concert viewing link.
Your role as Team Lead is only to share the link and remind your group to complete their steps.
We handle everything else.
Yes, you can send a donation and thank you for your generosity.
If you are in Trinidad & Tobago:
Please send your donation via bank transfer.
If you are outside Trinidad & Tobago:

Your support strengthens the ministry behind I Give You Jesus IV.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email outlining your next steps, including how to register for your personal viewing link.
This email also includes important details to help you prepare your device for concert night.
No you do not need to download Zoom, YouTube, or any special app to watch the concert.
This event will not be streamed on Zoom or YouTube.
You will receive instructions on how to access the concert through a private online viewing portal, using the personal link that will be sent to your email once your payment is verified.
Each ticket gives you one private viewing link, and that link can be used on one device at a time — whether that’s your phone, tablet, laptop, or Smart TV.
This means:
You can only be logged in on one device at a time with that link.
If you need access on more than one device, you must purchase additional tickets.
One ticket = one link = one device at a time.
You will need:
A valid email address you can access
A device (phone, tablet, laptop, or Smart TV)
A stable internet connection
Your private viewing link
Everything else will be explained in your confirmation email.
Every viewer must have their own valid email address in order to receive their private viewing link.
The link is tied directly to that email, and we cannot issue access without it.
Please ensure the person:
Has a working email address
Can log into it
Knows the password
Can receive emails on their device
If the person does not currently have an email address, you may need to create one for them.
A simple Gmail account works perfectly and takes only a few minutes to set up.
This allows them to receive their private viewing link and access the event without any issues.
